Welcome  to the Biology and Health Doctoral school

The emphasis of the Ph.D. program in Biology and Health is on cellular and molecular biology  and  its application to the development of new  biotherapy approaches.  During a three to four year training program students participate in limited academic activities while devoting most of their time to an independent research project carried out in one of the affiliated research laboratories.

The main research interests of these labs are :
- Cell and gene therapy
- Cancer immunology
- Immunointervention and transplantation
- Radiopharmaceuticals
- Biomaterials
- Human nutrition

This large panel of research themes results in a stimulating and modern environment for research training in biology and medicine.  A wide variety of technical platforms are associated with the labs, including platforms for sequencing and genotyping, transcriptome and proteome analysis,  cellular imaging, production of recombinant viruses, animal experimentation, rat transgenesis, recombinant protein production...
